NEW YORK — In response to MTA’s claim that it can cut hundreds of millions of dollars in paratransit contracts and still offer the same service, NY1 reports, the United Spinal Association has filed a lawsuit, which says that the MTA isn’t doing what’s required to make the subway system accessible.
