NORFOLK, Va. — Hampton Roads Transit approved a contract for its existing contractor, MV Transportation Inc., to continue providing its van and sedan paratransit services, while First Transit earned a contract to run the agency’s call-center, reported The Virginian-Pilot.

The contracts, which include a base period of three years and two optional years, require First Transit to establish a presence in Hampton Roads and MV Transportation to provide 30 new sedans. For the full story, click here.
