FirstGroup partners with children's hospital charity

Children’s Miracle Network, a charity that raises money for 170 children’s hospitals nationwide, announced FirstGroup America as a national corporate sponsor.

 “At FirstGroup America, our employees have a strong dedication to contributing in meaningful ways to the communities where they live and work and this partnership builds on our commitment to making a difference in the lives of children,” said Mike Murray, CEO of FirstGroup America. “Children’s Miracle Network mirrors our values and with more than 170 partner hospitals we are able to reach all the communities we serve.”

FirstGroup America – comprised of five business units: First Student, First Transit, First Services First Canada and Greyhound – is part of FirstGroup plc, a global transportation company that carries 2.5 billion passengers a year.
