N.Y.'s Clinton County renews First Transit

First Transit renewed its contract with Clinton County in Plattsburgh, N.Y., for the operation of its fixed-route and paratransit services.

The operations consist of 38 First Transit employees and the management of 15 vehicles for the Clinton, with the service transporting more than 155,000 passengers annually.

First Transit has operated transportation services for the County since 2003. the new five-year contract begins Jan. 1, 2011.
