DALLAS — In a move to save millions of dollars, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is considering privatizing its paratransit service, The Dallas Morning News reports. The agency currently spends $30 million a year on the paratransit program, about two-thirds of which goes to driver salaries.
