Texas agency creates paratransit service zones

LEWISVILLE, Texas — The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) recently created two demand response service zones and a policy effective Oct. 1 that eliminates the ability for access customers to take trips between the two zones, Star Local News reports.
