MIDLAND, Texas — In response to increasing fuel costs and some rides being provided outside the mandated area, the Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District is considering outsourcing part of EZ Rider, its paratransit service, mywesttexas.com reported.

Alonda Massey, GM, told the board she didn't recommend increasing fares on a group that typically is on a fixed income, because fare increases wouldn't make up much of the difference in costs incurred. For the full story, click here.
