Topeka staff, riders to select new paratransit vehicles

TOPEKA, Kan. — The Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority offered staff and passengers a chance to weigh in on the purchase of its new paratransit vehicles when it recently displayed two options from Glaval and Goshen at its Quincy Street Station, according to The Capital Journal.

Replacing the 15-bus paratransit fleet is expected to cost $1.2 million — an amount already set aside in Topeka Metro’s capital outlay budget for this fiscal year. For the full story, click here.
