N.M. seniors may lose free Dial-a-Ride

LAS CRUCES, N.M. — Due to budget constraints, city officials are considering charging seniors a fare of $2 for a one-way ride on the currently fare free Dial-a-Ride, a program geared toward senior citizens with qualifying disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Las Cruces Sun-News reported.
