10 great cities for wheelchair users

NEW YORK CITY — Seattle was ranked as one of the 10 best cities for wheelchair access and quality of life for wheelchair users, according to a new study released by the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.

The study, which assessed 100 of America's largest cities, took into account air quality, number of physicians, rehab specialists and rehab centers, accessible fitness, and recreation facilities and transit for the disabled, the Journal Register News reported. For the full story, click here.
