LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — A nonprofit neighborhood shuttle service, which gives free rides on weekends to senior citizens and people with disabilities, provides a 15-person shuttle that runs specific routes on weekends and a neighbor-to-neighbor service that pairs drivers with riders.
