PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Palm Beach Post reported that a group of Palm Tran van drivers rallied at Metro Mobility Management, the county’s paratransit provider, to protest low pay, 12-hour workdays and tight schedules.

The provider had several complaints of late or no-show vehicles in 2012. In a one-week trial period, performance rose to 90%, after Metro added vehicles and Palm Tran took over scheduling services. For the full story, click here.
