One-quarter of N.Y. paratransit drivers use cellphones, report says

NEW YORK — A New York Inspector General’s office survey found more than one-quarter of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s paratransit drivers have talked or texted on their cellphones, reported CBS New York.

The inspectors also found that 36% drove dangerously and 6% had been seen speeding. For the full story, click here.
