Keith Jones, formerly of URS Corp., will serve as interim executive director, while Ozell Hayes will serve as interim director for safety, security and training.

With the completion of the transaction, URS will add significant international projects outside of the U.K., including the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development in India, Haramain High-Speed Rail in Saudi Arabia and MTR Shatin to Central Link in Hong Kong.
Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Scott Wilson Group plc. will receive approximately $3.16 in cash for each share, which values the entire issued and to be issued share capital at approximately $242 million.
