PORTLAND, Ore. — The Portland Tribune reports that TriMet has chosen three contractors to compete for a contract to build the estimated $135 million Willamette River transit bridge that will carry buses and MAX trains on the proposed Portland-to-Milwaukie line: Flatiron Construction Corp. of Lafayette, Colo.; Kiewit Pacific Co. of Vancouver, Wash.; and PCL/Traylor joint venture of Bellevue, Wash.
