ROCK HILL, S.C. — In the wake of a successful Dial-A-Ride program, Rock Hill plans to put three buses into service providing rides to work for passengers who book 24 hours in advance. The Ride-to-Work service is scheduled to start July 1, with a ride costing $2.50 each way.
