Bus operator: Stimulus purchases create unfair competition

DULUTH, Minn. — A bus company owner, whose fleet provides trips from Duluth to the Twin Cities, says another company in the area that received federal stimulus funds to purchase new buses for the same trip represents unfair competition, the Duluth News Tribune reports.
