B.C. Transit to roll out BRT system

VICTORIA, B.C. — VICNEWS.com reports that the agency is rolling out a 60-foot “articulated rubber tire vehicle,” brought in from Las Vegas for public events in Victoria and Langford. Bombardier will also be at the events to present light rail technology. B.C. Transit has settled on an “at grade” rapid transit system, which includes articulated buses, light rail or electric streetcars. For the full story, click here.
