EUGENE, Ore. — University of Oregon student government senators proposed taking the allocation for Lane Transit District (LTD) student bus fares off the student incidental fee and, instead, fund the service with a fee similar to the one students pay each term for use of the Student Recreation Center, according to the Oregon Daily Emerald.
