Chicago bus driver models good customer service

CHICAGO — Good customer service is priceless, and Darlene Coleman, a Chicago Transit Authority bus driver who describes herself as having "a big personality and big hair," knows how to deliver. In addition to brightening up her passengers' days, Coleman, who has been on the job less than two-and-a-half years, is skilled at navigating the congested streets downtown and transporting commuters to Metra trains on time, reported the Chicago Tribune.
