Orange County, Calif.’s transit center plans questioned

LOS ANGELES — Many Orange County Transportation Authority board members expressed doubts over the ARTIC station's eligibility to receive nearly $99 million, currently earmarked for the project from a county half-cent sales tax, Los Angeles Times reports.
