Charlotte Area Transit System taps Titan for bus, rail ads

Posted on April 26, 2011

Titan was awarded a five-year contract by the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) for the exclusive right to sell advertising on the city's buses and light rail vehicles.

The new contract begins June 1, 2011.

Titan will immediately open an office in the Charlotte area to support this new contract and also plans to expand its business in the Charlotte area. The office will be managed by new GM JD Allman.

CATS had not allowed advertising on its vehicles for over 10 years prior to this award so this is an exciting development in the Charlotte advertising market.
