Arboc, All American Specialty merge
The merger will allow the combined business to leverage the operational strength of All American Specialty Vehicles with the sales network and design expertise of Arboc Mobility.
Arboc Mobility and All American Specialty Vehicles have combined to form Arboc Specialty Vehicles LLC.
The merger will allow the combined business to leverage the operational strength of All American Specialty Vehicles — designer and manufacturer of custom specialty vehicles including executive transportation units, business group travel, bookmobiles and mobility transportation buses — with the sales network and design expertise of Arboc Mobility.
"The combination of these companies will allow us to better provide our customers with vehicle solutions using ARBOC's unique low-floor design," said Jim Bartel, developer of ARBOC's patented low-floor bus technology. "Don Roberts will be President/CEO while I am returning to the design of new buses that will help the company's continued growth."
