TORONTO — Karen Stintz, Toronto Transit Commission's (TTC) chair, spent 10 days posing as a transit worker for the reality show, "Undercover Boss Canada," and said it gave her a new appreciation of what TTC employees, such as subway drivers and maintenance workers, experience as they do their jobs, according to the Globe and Mail.
