Chicago greenlights $7.3M for BRT

CHICAGO — Transportation and economic-development spokesmen for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel told WBEZ that his administration is channeling more than $7.3 million in tax increment financing for a bus rapid transit line downtown.
