LAS VEGAS — Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) GM Jacob Snow, who is expected to depart the transit agency after 13 years at the helm, received approval via 5-0 vote by Henderson City Council members to become the new Henderson city manager, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The position oversees a $224 million general fund budget. Snow handled a $500 million budget at the RTC.
