BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Western Washington University students will vote on whether they want to extend a $25-per-term fee to purchase bus passes for five years, reported The Bellingham Herald. If students vote against the bulk-pass program, which has driven up ridership for Whatcom Transportation Authority, it will end.
