COTA driver accused of using phone on duty

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) moved to fire a driver on Wednesday who was photographed looking at his cellphone while behind the wheel of a 40-seat bus, The Columbus Dispatch reported.

COTA forbids drivers from texting or talking on cellphones while driving, even with hands-free devices. For the full story, click here.
