PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Rhode Island Public Transit Authority’s (RIPTA) CEO Charles Odimgbe was placed on leave as state police conduct a review of the agency’s operations, after an incident in which someone covered security cameras in a room where cash fares are counted, boston.com reported.
