TAMPA, Fla. — Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) is encouraging residents to provide input on the MetroRapid East-West project while funding for the final design and construction phases of the project are pursued, reported 83 Degrees.

HART recently reported that the project, which is currently in the Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Study phase, is under budget by $1.1 million from the original $3 million estimate.
