La. transit receives C- grade

BATON ROUGE, La. — The Capital Area Transit System was given an overall grade of C- Monday night at a forum hosted by a faith-based organization called Together Baton Rouge. Attendees found problems with the system’s communication and website management, The Times-Picayune reports.
