Obama unveils $300 billion surface transportation bill plan

WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Barack Obama unveiled his four-year, $302 billion plan for a new surface transportation bill, according to Politico.

Obama’s plan proposes a reformed business tax structure that would add significantly to federal revenues and increase funding for transportation by an average of about 38% per year. For the full story, click here.
