WILMINGTON, Del. — The New York-based tour bus company involved in Sunday's crash that killed two women and injured 48 east of Red Lion had been cited in July for working a driver too many hours, and collected 18 safety violations since August 2012, federal records show, The News Journal reported.

It was unclear on Monday who owned AM USA Express Inc., the company that operated the coach. A service manager with the company declined to give the company owner's name, according to the report.
