NEWARK, N.J. — A drunk driver ran a red light and crashed into an NJ TRANSIT bus Friday, leaving at least eight people injured, WNBC-4 reported.

The vehicle drove into the bus around 2 a.m., with the badly injured driver of the car trying to flee on foot before being arrested at a nearby gas station. The driver’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit, according to the report. For the full story, click here.
