OTTAWA, Ontario — A double-decker OC Transpo bus caught fire in rural Ottawa Tuesday morning with 70 to 80 passengers on board, reported CBC News.

While driving the route, the bus driver noticed the bus was "sluggish," and prior to the outbreak of the fire, passengers heard a loud "bang, or a pop," according to the report.

The driver was able to get everyone off the bus safely, CBC News reported.
