METRO Magazine has opened its Call for Papers for its 2019 BusCon event, which returns to the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis Sept. 23 to 25. The deadline is Monday, February 18.

If you consider yourself to be an expert in a particular topic that addresses the spirit of the conference and would like to share your wisdom with this group by presenting at the event, we invite you to submit a proposal for consideration. Topics can be related to delivering superior customer service, employee training & retention, solving operational challenges and ideas for cost-cutting, technology and data best practices, revenue generation, and business-building.

Proposals should be submitted in the body of an email to Managing Editor Alex Roman at alex.roman@bobit.com

Your proposal should include:

  • Title of suggested presentation
  • Three-sentence summary of an unbiased session idea
  • Presenter(s) name, title and organization
  • Presenter(s) contact information

Once you submit a session idea, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. When the schedule has been finalized, we will let you know if you have been chosen and send you any additional details at that time.

We look forward to receiving your submissions!
