Minn. residents want their share of transit dollars

SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Critics of Gov. Mark Dayton's proposal to raise $200 million per year for new bus and passenger rail services through a sales tax increase want to know who will control the funds and if the east metro will get its fair share, reported the Pioneer Press.

While Minneapolis has two passenger rail lines in operation and three more in the works, St. Paul only has one Amtrak line. To read the full story, click here.
