KENOSHA, Wis. — More than 30 cities around the country are planning to build streetcar systems or have done so recently, including Dallas, Portland and Seattle.

Many city planners are convinced that classic streetcars can ignite economic development in a way that buses cannot at a fraction of the expense of light rail, according to an AP report. For the full story, click here.
