U. of South Florida students to get free bus rides

LAKELAND, Fla. — TheLedger.com reported that the University of South Florida's (USF Lakeland) Lakeland campus partnered with Polk Transit to offer free bus transportation to students. A specially designed bus was unveiled Wednesday to mark the agreement.

USF Student Government is covering the monthly fee of $2,475 for the rides. The cost is based on ridership fare loss. For the full story, click here.
