Mich. U. buses to travel to Detroit

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — In October, the University of Michigan will launch a shuttle service that will take students from Ann Arbor to the university’s Detroit Center, The Michigan Daily reported. The route may include stops at Eastern Market, the Cultural Center, Downtown and in southwest Detroit.

The university hopes to provide a more efficient transportation option for students to get to areas in Detroit where it has invested significant financial and educational resources in recent years to broaden student experiences. The service will be available free of charge on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the fall semester. For the full story, click here.
