The course features 29 programs that comply with the latest FTA requirements for a Public Transit Agency Safety Plan.
The programs in the new course are focused based on the desired outcomes from the training.
The course is available in hard copy containing seven interactive CDs together with a trainer’s guide, a driver’s study guide, and a book of practice tests. Alternately, the course is available over the web through a learning management system, so that applicants can go through the training and practice tests from any location.
Transit & Paratransit Co.’s new training course, Safety Leadership, is designed to provide guidance for managers to influence safe driver behaviors.
Once completed, the leadership will understand the actions they can take to improve the behaviors of drivers to avoid unsafe acts and “Do It Right, the First Time, Every Time” in every function they need to perform.
