BoltBus, a division of Greyhound Lines Inc. and operated in affiliation with Peter Pan Bus Lines, began non-stop service between New York and Washington, D.C. on March 27. It will expand its offerings to include non-stop service between Philadelphia and New York on April 10 and between Boston and New York on April 24.

Customers can purchase tickets as low as one dollar (plus a booking fee) at www.boltbus.com. Bus amenities include extra leg room, free Wi-Fi and power outlets. The highest fare will adjust based on market demand. The earlier passengers purchase their tickets, the lower the fare they receive. Walk-up tickets will be purchased at full price.
