Regular bus service was restored in Tucson, Ariz., after Sun Tran officials and the local union settled a three-year, $3.6 million contract. The agreement ends a 12-day walkout. Under the terms of the contract, Sun Tran will contribute 100% of health and welfare plan premiums and provide wage increases of 50 cents per hour per employee in the first year, 31 cents in the second year and 30 cents in the third.
