The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) in Toledo, Ohio, and Lake Erie Transit (LET) in Monroe, Mich., are now accepting transfer rides between the two agencies. The TART/LET Interstate Transfer Agreement allows free transfers to passengers wishing to ride across state lines and to and from the neighboring communities. TARTA operates 33 fixed-routes, 13 park-and-ride locations, a trial call-a-ride service, a regular downtown lunch trolley/water taxi service and the Toledo Area Regional Paratransit Service. TARTA also offers charters of its coaches and trolleys. LET operates seven fixed-routes, dial-a-ride, door-to-door service and ADA services.
