The LaFrance Industries in LaFrance, S.C., a division of Mount Vernon Mills, has acquired the transportation product line from STI/Kings Plush Products.
The acquisition includes all fabric styles in the Royal Collection, Regal Collection and the flat jacquard product group as well as the transfer of technology.
La France Industries, an ISO 9002 certified supplier, employs 400 and produces high quality flat and plush fabrics for a number of different transportation markets.
