Transystems Corp., provider of engineering, architectural and planning services, acquired Multisystems Inc., a public transit consulting firm based in Cambridge, Mass.
Multisystems specializes in transit service planning, fare policy and technology, Intelligent Transportation Systems, ADA and paratransit consulting.
Based in Kansas City with offices in 27 locations across the U.S., Transystems will expand to four additional locations including Toronto, Vermont, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and New Jersey.
