METRO Magazine’s Website, www.metro-magazine.com, garnered a first place award in the 24th Annual AdWheel Awards competition. Sponsored by the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), the publication’s entry for “Internet home page” won in a category open only to association business members.
“It’s always great to be recognized within the industry, especially by an association that represents transit agencies and suppliers around the world,” says METRO Executive Editor Leslie Davis.
METRO is now eligible to win its division’s grand prize award. Grand-prize winners will be announced at APTA’s annual meeting in Salt Lake City during the October 1 general session.
