The American Bus Association (ABA) has hired Norm Littler, a veteran motorcoach policy analyst, to take the position of VP of regulatory and industry affairs. Littler has served the motorcoach industry in a number of capacities for nearly 30 years, most recently with the United Motorcoach Association. He will also assume the title of executive director of the Bus Industry Safety Council for the ABA. In his roles, Littler will help define federal regulations, laws and requirements for members. He will also help ABA's government affairs team in shaping a legislative agenda for the industry for the next reauthorization bill, and advising the industry on various key issues.
