The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) purchased 10 additional under-30-foot Opus low-floor buses, bringing the total number of Optima-manufactured Opuses operating at UTA to 43. UTA's Opus fleet operates on downtown circulator routes in Salt Lake City. This vehicle features a 10.5-inch step height in its kneeled position for simplified loading and unloading of passengers. The Opus also offers spacious seating space in the low-floor area, including two wheelchair positions with tie-downs, and a powered wheelchair ramp to ensure easy loading from any surface.
