GILLIG taps Vapor Bus International

GILLIG Corp. has selected Vapor Bus International to supply its CLASS Sensing System on buses that GILLIG will deliver to the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority. The CLASS system utilizes solid-state technology to allow passengers to initiate door opening and exit the vehicle without physical contact with the doors. GILLIG’s contract with Central New York is for eight buses, with an option for 200 more.
